to express our appreciation for the work you did with
SCAA this season. Over the past 5 years that I’ve been
with SCAA, this season’s photo taking process was the
most organized and best quality pictures we have had.
Your pre-planning and flexibility greatly contributed to
how painless the process was, especially speaking from a
coach’s viewpoint.
This season we had over
1200 children actively participating and I personally
didn’t receive one parent complaint over delivery
timeliness or the quality of their photos. Conversely,
I saw you being proactive by offering retakes of
individuals that had room for improvement because of
children with their eyes closed or other uncontrollable
conditions.
As the SCAA Fundraiser
Chairperson, I appreciate the mutually beneficial
relationship that we have built and look forward to
dealing with someone as professional and understanding
as you have been.

I wanted to personally
thank you for an exceptional two years that you have
been providing pictures for our children and our soccer
club! Being involved in youth sports for over 29
years, I have never come across such a friendly, well
organized photography company that provides high quality
pictures and packages while maintaining the highest
level of customer service. Your work ethic and
model have not only been recognized by me and fellow
board members buy by our most critical source, our
parents! Our parents have not had one single
complaint about pictures since your company became our
vendor of choice two years ago, but they have made
several positive and sometimes astonished remarks about
the level of service and the quality of pictures they
receive. Just this season I received 5 separate
calls from parents to tell me how impressed they were
with your service; you contacted them to re-shoot their
children's pictures because you were not happy with the
quality of the original shots (eyes closed etc).
That is really impressive and just shows your commitment
to delivering the best service to your customers.
I know for a fact no other photography group for sports
would coordinate photo retakes!
You and your staff have
provided such a great service to us in some many ways!
I could go on forever with all the positives that you
have done for us all the way from the pictures to the
sponsorship program to help our pogram grow and purchase
equipment we need to continue our program. Thank

Dear Debbie:
Just wanted to
write a quick letter to thank you for the outstanding job
your company did with the team photos for the Chesapeake
Select Soccer Club. From our first contact you were
very courteous and professional and provided a wonderful
presentation and product.
PhotoMagic
took care of the organization involved with scheduling 25
teams of approximately 14 children each, plus the 150 or so
kids in the Soccer Academy and made my job as Fund-raising
chairperson so much easier. The PhotoMagic team then
did a fabulous job managing the teams at the photo shoot and
handled everyone with expertise and courtesy. The
photos themselves were delivered in a timely manner, are
excellent quality and PhotoMagic guarantees customer
